Our passion is providing software to the youth activities and learning market. The Jackrabbit system was designed specifically for youth class-based programs and children's learning & activity centers of all sizes.

Our clients have programs that range from 25 students to the largest multi-discipline youth teaching center in the U.S. with over 5200 active students. We also have long term agreements with large franchise organizations with locations all over the U.S. and Asia.

Mark Mahoney, CoFounder

Mark Mahoney

Mark Mahoney’s passion is solving business problems with technology. Mark has been involved in organized youth sports since 1973 and has instructed, coached and owned sports facilities. Mark developed Class Master, a class management system, in the 80's and sold it to another company. Due to the large number of old clients asking Mark to develop another system, he decided to build a web-based application to eliminate the need for owners to worry about database backups, software updates and technical issues.

Mark brings 22 years of experience in information technology and has sold over 20 million dollars in software and services. Mark serves on the MIS Advisory Board for the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He also serves on several committees within the Information Technology Council for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.

Mark holds a BBA from the University of Georgia and enjoys marathons, triathlons and backpacking. Mark loves living in Charlotte and spending time with his wife Cheryl and his two children: Alice Ann and Christian.

Mike Carper, CoFounder

Mike Carper

Mike’s passion is designing and developing software. He has more than 17 years experience in IT and has built many applications in an array of industries. He has either co-founded or helped start 4 software companies (all reached profitability) over the past 10 years. Mike’s software development experience includes:

• International trade finance
• Time and billing
• Supply-chain/Warehouse management
• Applicant tracking and resume scanning
• Human resource management
• 401k, Brokerage and ESOP

Mike holds a BSBA in MIS from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Mike enjoys sailing on the lake and spending time with his family.



Christy Carper, Billing & System Administration
Christy Carper

Christy has 14 years Client/Customer Service experience in various positions including Technical Recruiter at branch and corporate levels, Public Relations Manager, Corporate Recruiting Trainer and Direct Sales. Her passion has always been driven by a desire to help people.

Christy earned her Bachelor of Science in Distributive Education from Winthrop College, 1991 and is previously teaching certified in North and South Carolina. Her free time is spent with her husband, Mike; their 2 children: John and Rachel; family and friends.



Cheryl Leonard, Customer Service
Cheryl Leonard

Cheryl has over 10 years experience in Planning and Allocation for various retailers in the Boston area. She began her career as an assistant store manager and most recently was a Planning Manager for a nationwide women’s apparel chain. She is fueled by new challenges and her strong desire to be the best she can be.

Cheryl earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut in 1991. She later earned a Master’s in Education from The University of Massachusetts at Boston. She is teaching certified in MA. She was previously an assistant dance teacher at Wendy’s School of Dance in CT.

In her free time Cheryl enjoys practicing yoga and enjoying the warm climate in Charlotte with her husband, Dave, and their three daughters.



Jorine Jones, Customer Service
Jorine Jones

After Graduating from Simon Fraser University, in 1991, Jorine spent 10 years in Customer support, starting as the Customer Service Manager for an at home/order by catalogue clothing company in Vancouver, Canada. Later she moved to telecommunications and spent 7 years as a System Designer and Customer Liaison for a Telecommunications Company.

She left the public work force to stay at home and raise her two boys now 5 and 7. She now teaches preschool part time and enjoys the busy schedule that with kids and husband. In her personal spare time Jorine enjoys antiquing and the endless quest for the perfect deal!



Christie Foster, Customer Service

Christie has over 22 years of experience in the Information Services field including Project Management, Customer Relations, Client Training & Development and Corporate Operations Management. She is able to add value by identifying and meeting others needs. Her gratification comes when she is able to exceed her clients expectations.

Christie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Clemson University. Her free time is spent with her family which includes two daughters Victoria and Erika.



Christina Lall, Customer Service
Christina Lall

Christina has many years of experience in various positions building her skills in the client services arena. Working with non-profit groups such as the YMCA and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with their day-camp and after school programs inspired her to work helping others. While studying at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte her main focus was Psychology and Sociology. She graduated with her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology and Sociology in 2007. She is continuing her learning journey building skills in graphic design. Art has always been a constant passion in her life and Christina spends her free time finding interesting ideas for her next painting, and spending time with her family and friends.
