Monthly Fee: How it Works

• Monthly fee is based on total student count - Active & Inactive - (Active = enrolled in at least 1 class, Inactive = not enrolled in any classes). For example if you have 100 students total, but only 50 are enrolled in classes, you are billed for the 100 total students that are being managed in your system. Why do we bill this way? An inactive student costs us the same to manage as an active student.
• Concurrent Users are real-time logins taking place at the same exact time. Need more than your limit allows based on the chart? Additional concurrent users are only $15 per user/month. You may have an unlimited number of Staff User ID's per database. You can restrict access to different areas of the system on a per-user basis.
• Seasonal Organizations: We offer an "On Hold Service". Jackrabbit will place your database on hold for a fee of $20/month. When you are ready to use your data again full access will be restored immediately and regular billing will resume. Contact Jackrabbit Support to place your account on hold or restore access anytime.
• The above pricing schedule is the same for both "For-Profit Organizations" and "Non-Profit Organizations".

Unlimited Lead File - Keep your Jackrabbit subscription fees low:

• Watch a Video about the Lead File feature - You are not charged based on the number of leads in your system
• The Unlimited Lead File is an area within your Jackrabbit system where you can keep basic contact information for parents and students without increasing your Jackrabbit subscription fee. There is NO limit to the number of lead records and it is an ideal place to keep prospective customers' contact information with the included option to mass email them.
• You can quickly and easily mass-archive existing families and students to the lead file. When you archive only their contact information is kept. Before you mass-archive, you can export 99% of their information to Excel.

E-commerce - Credit Card & EFT processing:

• This feature provides the interface from Jackrabbit to a payment gateway which then interfaces to a merchant account.
• You have the ability to connect a payment processor to Jackrabbit. Once connected you can accept payments easily online through the Secure Customer Portal and draft accounts monthly for recurring payments.
• IMPORTANT: There are 2 other (Non-Jackrabbit) e-commerce related fees to pay in order to connect a payment processor to your Jackrabbit system: Internet Gateway & Merchant Account Provider fees. You will need to pay the fees directly to your Gateway & Merchant Account provider.
